1. Superfood Smoothie Power
Açaí, Banana, homemade Almond Mylk, Herbal Tea, Cherries, @drcowanspowders Low-Oxalate Greens, @ancientnutrition Turmeric Bone Broth Protein, Chia and Bee Pollen.
I start with a base of Ginger, Tumeric and either Coconut Milk, Coconut Cream or Coconut Kefir. Additional AIP flavor, nutrition, sweetness, and texture boosters include dates, banana, apple, mango, winter squash, tigernuts, cinnamon, mace, bee pollen, MCT oil, and @vitalproteins collagen protein or gelatin. For extra creamy richness, I like adding aip reintroduction tahini or other seed/nut butters.
