Nutrition Consultations:

Whether you are beginning a healing diet or working to maintain one, there is no question that it can feel overwhelming and isolating.  

Regular cooking takes time and effort, but when you add in the additional prep and ingredient requirements of a special diet, things can get exhausting pretty quickly.  And typically you’re already tired from having health struggles. That’s why you chose to embark on a special diet to begin with!

Not to mention that it can be boring to cook the same things over and over.  

I would like to help you feel understood, supported, and celebrated in all your efforts to heal yourself with diet and lifestyle.

In our consultations, we will talk about all the specifics of your diet and how you feel about where you are at.

  • As a nutritionist, I want to make sure we are optimizing nutrient density and listening to how your body is digesting, processing, and absorbing the food you eat.  We’ll go into your diet in detail and discuss goals for your health and how we can work together to achieve those goals.

  • As a chef, I’ll give you customized, scrumptious kitchen tips and a variety dishes for you to add to your healing culinary repertoire.

  • As your healing food coach, I can give you personalized strategies and new ways to make your dedication to health more fun.

Single Session to Kickstart your Healing: $175

Have a pretty good handle on your diet and goals but just want some tips and ideas for helping you along? Then this package is for you.

  • 1 hour coaching session

1 Month to Shift your Diet Mindset : $495

Want to spend a month getting steady support and cheerleading to reach a short term goal? Then this package is for you. 

  • Three 1 hour coaching sessions

  • Customized menu ideas, food ideas, nutritional ideas, and additional educational resources

 

3 Months to Transform your Whole Life around Food: $1095, or three payments of $425

Want to dive into breaking down and tackling some bigger health goals? Would you love steady support and cheerleading for 3 months? Then this package is for you. 

  • Eight 1 hour coaching sessions PLUS 1 Free Bonus Emergency Session to use whenever you may want extra support.

Private Cooking Lessons and Playtime

Some people learn better by doing, so let’s cook together… just you and me!  

My Private Cooking Lessons are specifically designed to focus on you and your dietary needs. Whether you want help preparing weeknight meals, satisfying sweets, or filling snacks, we’ll chat, chop, and prepare food side by side.

We’ll meet either at your house, or my kitchen. You do the shopping (with my guidance), and together we’ll do the cooking!  When we’re done, you’ll have snacks, meals, or whatever you choose already prepared for the week to come.  

 

1 week: $350, plus groceries

  • One 25 minute consult call

  • One 2.5 hour hands-on cooking lesson with food prep for meals/snacks for week to come.

  • Google doc share with recap of session.

 

1 month: $650, plus cost of groceries

  • One 25 minute consult call 

  • Two 2.5 hour hands-on cooking lessons together in person (two weeks of food prep and lessons)

  • Google doc share with recap of session.

 

2 months: $1200, or 2 payments of $625, plus cost of groceries

  • One 25 minute consult call PLUS a BONUS 30 minute coaching call. 

  • Four 2.5 hour hands-on cooking lessons together in person (two weeks of food prep and lessons)

  • Unlimited email and/or texting to ask me questions whenever they come up. (I will get back to you as soon as I can, usually within 1-2 business days.)

This is my favorite way to work with people because I get to really understand the health, nutritional, and culinary needs of the individual client, and how healing for each person is completely unique. I enjoy learning each client's specific story, and I like the creative challenge of working within someone’s unique parameters.

Let me make a meal or a 3 meals a week for you and your family. I offer customized Paleo Personal Chef Services to help you get nourishing food on the table. All you have to do is reheat and eat! 

$50/hour, plus cost of groceries. 
Service limited to 3 meals per week.

 

Special Desserts – starting at $85

per 9-inch cake or torte or 12 cupcakes or 24 mini-cupcakes

Whatever your unique diet, I can create a special dessert for you according to your specific needs and desires.
