2.Turmeric Smoothie

I start with a base of Ginger, Tumeric and either Coconut Milk, Coconut Cream or Coconut Kefir. Additional AIP flavor, nutrition, sweetness, and texture boosters include dates, banana, apple, mango, winter squash, tigernuts, cinnamon, mace, bee pollen, MCT oil, and @vitalproteins collagen protein or gelatin. For extra creamy richness, I like adding aip reintroduction tahini or other seed/nut butters.

In today’s video, I show you how to make green onion ginger sauce! This is my favorite flavorful, easy, and nutritious sauce to enjoy on just about everything! I love it mixed with zoodles, spaghetti squash, or other veggie/gluten free noodles, dressing a simple fresh salad (hot bacon with this really takes it up a few notches), over pan seared fish, or some steamed chicken.
